Buenas tardes everybody!!

Buenas tardes everybody!!                                                                    September 8, 2014

I don't have a ton of time to write because we're going to look at a house in a little bit!! Yay!! Because - in case you didn't get the title - It rained a lot last week! And we just love sweeping water out of the house. It's our favorite past time hahahaha! Okay, not really. So hopefully we can rent this other house and hopefully it doesn't flood.

We have a new investigator who is 8 years old and named Barbara Fabiola. I wish we could teach all kids. They accept everything and recognize the truth! Anyway, she has a sad situation with her parents because her mom works a lot and her dad Drinks. But lucky for her, her neighbor, also a member cares for her a lot. And has asked that we teach her. And yeah! She accepted a baptismal date for 5 of October.

Another investigator that we have now is Odalis! We only taught her once, but she accepted baptismal date! She just got married and her husband is a less active. Hopefully we can reactive him so he can baptize Odalis. Sadly, she didn't come to church, but we have FHE with them tonight so we'll see what happens.

Mario! Hahaha Mario is really a good man, and wants to do what's right. But he really wants to know what he's doing. But his wife is a already a member, so when we teach him, Erika, his wife, always says stuff like "you have to have more faith" or " you need to be less selfish!" and this like that. They're really both good people :D But Mario is progressing, immensely. I hope I'm here for his baptism.

Lucila! You know a persona is really interested in the gospel when they ask a lot of questions. And when they go to church, even when they hadn’t been taught by the missionaries very much. Such is the case with Lucila. I don't know how she got them, but she has pretty much the whole lds gospel library and was only ever taught by the missionaries once. And came to church 3 times!! She's seen some pretty sad stuff, and says she doesn't know if she can forgive these people because of what she's seen. Never have I testified so much about the atonement to somebody. But I really hope I'm here for her baptism too.

Oh! and last night we had a miracle!!! AGH we found a family!! We had a person to look up in this address, but apparently doesn't live there anymore! But we contacted the person that does live there! We passed by later when we had an appointment, but he wasn't there! So we left for somebody else, and when we came back, his family was there! There's Abuela and Mariela, her son, Fransisco, and her daughter Liz and Liz's husband Alfredo(I think) and Liz's daughter Josie. Cool, right? Anyway, we starting teaching them, and the only one that wanted to listen was the Abuela. But as time went on, Alfredo moved to listen better! Participated really well in the lesson, which influenced the whole family to pay better attention! And they all accepted baptism!! Whoot!! Evidence that God answers prayers :)

And also, last night I lost my planner. Something that a missionary can't do. It pretty much contains my life! But Erika(the same ERika married to Mario) called and told us that it fell in front of her house. More evidence that God answers prayers!

Well. That's all I have to say for right now. Oh, and please write me. *sniff* pleeease *sniff*

Have a great week, all! Love you and thanks for everything!!
