"Golpe de Aire" 01- 19-15

This week...went by really fast. What in the world!?!?  I don't understand why every week goes by faster than the other. I only have 2 more weeks with my companion, and then she goes home!

We found a new investigator this week named Miguel. It's so awesome to see someone with such a big thirst for knowledge. He really wants to better his life and he always has great questions. He accepted baptism, so now we just have to prepare him for it.

We also found a family!...they don't live in our area, but we found a family! Hahaha that actually happens a lot in this area. But, anyway, this family almost always goes to the Grandma's house, so we'll just end up teaching them, I think.

And we found a Chinese family! The Dad wants to learn English. And he already knows Spanish. Hahah that should be interesting.

I think I learned that part of my problem is keeping up my progression. Progression should be constant, right? Well, I have this thing that's called memory loss. And maybe laziness. I don't know, but I do know that part of the challenge in improving is not only improving one week after a meeting, and then letting it go. But, being able to keep studying, keep exercising faith and remember what I really need to do. And remember the promises I've been given.

So, if you want to change or better yourself, don't make it like a new-year's resolution and drop it after a week or a month. It's something that we should try to constantly.

Oh, the things you learn when you have to rely on the Lord, right?

Funniest experience:
My companion got the air knocked into her. I was talking to a member, and behind me I hear ZAZZ, turn around and my companion was standing, looking at the air conditioner sticking out of the wall. She literally had walked into the air conditioner (the things are big) and the corner made a nice mark on her head. She was actually pretty valiant all day, even though she had a headache. Okay, it wasn't that funny, but now she laughs about it :D

Have a lovely week everybody!!

Love,
Hermana D.
