(I testify of what my cousin
says is true … miracles
happen when we have members with us!!)
Dear Family,
Well, I wasn't really expecting to
hear about the passing away of Grandma Owen, but I'm glad she could live a good
life and be an amazing Grandma. She's always been a huge example to her
Grandchildren and I know she's happy where she's at. Maybe that's why I
have had to teach the plan of salvation so much this week!! haha to remind me that
God's plan for us is so perfect. No need to worry.
This week was MY MOM'S BIRTHDAY!!!
Happy Birthday Mom!! And I'll just have you know that I really wanted to wish
you happy birthday buuuut I remembered before and after I was on the
computer...of course. But I hope you had an amazing birthday, despite Grandma
Owen. Actually, proof that I was thinking of you because I made you a
video
Well...this week was rather
interesting. Not what I was expecting, because we had a baptism planned for 2nd
of May, which means we need to visit the investigator more, but it's kinda hard
when they don't answer their phone or aren't in their house. But! it's okay!
Everything happens for a reason.
I don't know if Elder Weiss gets my
letters, but I testify of his words - miracles happen when we have members with
us!!
Last week we actually had members
with us, but when we arrived at the house of the investigator they weren't
there...but...It's okay!! Because the ward is progressing. I love this
ward!
Yesterday we had a really powerful
lesson with a member and our investigator, Leydy and Jesus, And Leydy accepted
her new baptismal date, so all is well.
Sorry, not much to say, but always
keep going!! This week we had a conference for just the Sisters in Culiacan,
and the Mission President's wife shared a quote I really like, "Be the
kind of person that when you wake up and your feet touch the floor, Satan
cries, "Oh no! she woke up!"
Make the devil be scared of you
:)
Love you guys!!!
Hermana Daniels
P.S. you should send me pictures of
the canoe. :P
